1. Inside Sales Associate (ISA)
The Inside Sales Agent is a relationship based individual that values helping potential clients through one of the largest decisions of their life. By properly assessing their clients motivations for buying or selling and communicating how market trends or nuances could affect their goals, they are the liaison that will ensure to establish the best game plan possible.

    Convert inbound and outbound leads into clients for a lifetime
   Manage a healthy and diverse sales pipeline
    Demonstrate effective knowledge in local market trends, pricing strategies, marketing strategies and the real estate sales cycle
   Communicate with sales department to ensure proper handoffs and expectations
   Develop strategies based on the clients goals that will best serve them under current market conditions
    Report to Director of Sales weekly for accountability

What is necessary for the role…
 
    Minimum of three (3) years of sales or customer service experience
    Currently have or willing to get an active Maryland Real Estate license

    Working knowledge of CRMs, campaign marketing, DISC personality profiling, BrightMLS, Brokermint, and conversion tracking/training

2. Showing Agent (Realtor-in-Training) 
The showing agent is a highly organized and energetic individual that values guiding home buyers through one of the largest financial decisions of their life. They are a people person, skilled in time and calendar management and value being outside working with consumers one on one. They may be hungry to get into the real estate business and are looking for a foot in the door to learn the trade.
 
 

 
Expectations…
    Schedule tours and show the properties of interest to current clients.
    Manage a personal pipeline from consultation to offer out.
    Work in tandem with the agent to help our clients find the right home for them.
    Understand neighborhood dynamics, market trends and pricing strategies.

3.   Transaction  Coordinator (TC)
The Transaction Coordinator is a dynamic individual that values assisting home buyers and sellers in one of the most stressful processes of their life. They are organized, an ideal team player, highly communicative and task driven. This role would be ideal for a real estate salesperson looking to get into the operation side of the business or an experienced operations minded businessperson looking to get into real estate.
 
  

 
Expectations…
    Handle all transaction   coordinator  activities from offer out to closing. 
    Prepare, process and oversee all documentation of the transaction to meet the broker’s standards and compliance. 
   Assist in coordination of scheduling inspections, walk throughs, and settlements 
    Communicate with agents and clients on the status of the transaction and that all deadlines are met. 
    Work in tandem with the operations manager to build out the department for future business.

4. Runner
The Runner is a dynamic individual that will install directional signs, riders, lock boxes and marketing materials. As a runner, you should enjoy working outside, manual labor, driving and take pride in seeing your work displayed all over town.

    Installing and removing riders and directional signs from properties
 Installing and removing lock boxes from properties
 Running errands
 Ability to work autonomously, within deadlines and on the road frequently
    Report directly to the Director of Operations
