The Inside Sales Agent is a relationship based individual that values helping potential clients through one of the largest decisions of their life. What is necessary for the role…
Minimum of three (3) years of sales or customer service experience
Currently have or willing to get an active Maryland Real Estate license

2. Transaction Coordinator (TC)
The Transaction Coordinator is a dynamic individual that values assisting home buyers and sellers in one of the most stressful processes of their life. They are organized, an ideal team player, highly communicative and task driven. This role would be ideal for a real estate salesperson looking to get into the operation side of the business or an experienced operations minded businessperson looking to get into real estate.
Expectations…
Handle all transaction coordinator activities from offer out to closing.
Prepare, process and oversee all documentation of the transaction to meet the broker’s standards and compliance.
Assist in coordination of scheduling inspections, walk throughs, and settlements
Communicate with agents and clients on the status of the transaction and that all deadlines are met.
Work in tandem with the operations manager to build out the department for future business.
