Alex is the Director of Growth for the SP Home Team of Keller Williams. She works in tandem with leadership to guide the team through lead opportunities, installing scalable systems, increasing productivity, revenue and enhancing communication platforms across both the sales and operations divisions. SPHT ended 2020 with $75 million in sales volume, and has become one of the most respected and recognized names in the industry. Joining the organization in 2021, Alex's exciting and humble challenge is to help the team achieve $300 million by 2025 through recruiting talent, building depth in the sales division, coaching internally, and building relationships with other thought leaders in the industry to grow ancillary opportunities.
As an ancillary partner, Alex spends time on the ground researching, designing, and launching ancillary opportunities like mortgage, title, insurance and more. Her mission is to cultivate a real estate ecosystem that provides value to consumers and working professionals in the area. Alex would execute this by collaborating on creating a multifaceted organism focused on providing the best service possible, having purposeful contact points, consultative services for consumers, and even creating a desirable place of work for professionals in the Baltimore area. The value of creating such a space has become a non-negotiable in our industry through the disintermediation, competition as technology develops and local brokerage competition. Retention and recruiting conversations include topics like collaborative culture, profit sharing, competitive splits, branding options, marketing, coaching, growth opportunity and more.
